The current wifi event is the event known as "Liberty Pass" or sometimes known as the Victini event. With the liberty pass you can go to the Liberty Pier in Castelia City and then from their gain access to the Liberty Garden, the location of Victini. After fighting through several members of team plasma you can finally challenge Victini. This is the only known way to get Victini so act fast before the event is over.
